Melissa, a board-certified emergency medicine PA and paramedic with 31 years of experience, holds a master’s in medical science with a surgery subspecialty. She practices in emergency departments and ambulance services. Leading Central Florida Emergency Education Consultants, she provides EMS training and consultancy. Melissa's notable disaster management includes responses to USAir Flight 427 and United Flight 93, earning her a commendation and a founding role in the Department of Homeland Security.
